Evanescence came back in 2011 and released the album “Evanescence” – in 2014, Lee filed a lawsuit against Evanescence’s Wind-up Records for unpaid copyright claims. Soon, Lee announced that Evanescence’s record deal with Wind-up Records has been cancelled, and she was free to do what she wants, with the band or otherwise.
