Anthony Jeselnik was born on the 22nd December 1978, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, of part-Slovenian descent. Anthony is a comedian, actor, television host, writer and producer, well known for his cringe, insulting as well as black comedy style. Jeselnik has hosted the stand-up comedy series “Comedy Central Presents” (2009), the late night television program “The Jeselnik Offensive” (2013 – 2014) and other shows. Anthony Jeselnik has been accumulating his net worth being active in the entertainment industry since 2003.
How much is the net worth of Anthony Jeselnik? It has been estimated that his wealth is as much as $1 million. Reportedly, he has already been listed as a celebrity millionaire, in a genre in which it is difficult to succeed consistently.
Anthony Jeselnik Net Worth $1 Million
To begin with, Anthony Jeselnik was born in Pittsburgh but raised in Upper St. Clair, and was educated at Upper St. Clair High School. He then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at Tulane University, and after graduation moved to Los Angeles, where he worked in various clubs doing stand-up comedy – as well as an accounting clerk without notable success, but earning enough to live on. However, in 2009 his self-written stand-up routine “Comedy Central Presents” brought him to notice, and he was employed as one of the first writers of the talk show “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” (2009) during its first season, on which he also performed on several occasions. This was a much needed boost to his net worth.
Still, Jeselnik decided to pursue his own stand-up career, and left the talk show in the spring of 2010. This was the right decision which later added huge sums to the outright size of Anthony Jeselnik net worth, and helped to make Anthony a famous celebrity. In addition to appearances in “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”, he has appeared on talk shows including “Late Night with Conan O’Brien”, “Jimmy Kimmel Live”, “Down and Dirty with Jim Norton”, “Last Call with Carson Daly” among many others. He now performs regularly at the “Comedy Cellar” in Greenwich Village in New York, and his stand-up performances have been shown on Comedy Central America’s, funniest stand-up, and he has also been featured on their Roast of Donald Trump and Charlie Sheen.
Regarding the Comedy Central, he appeared in various episodes of the series “Premius Blend” (2006), “Just for Laughs” (2011), “The Burn with Jeff Ross” (2012 – 2013) and others. It should be said that he has co – created the late night television program “The Jeselnik Offensive” (2013), hosted by Jeselnik himself. In 2015, he hosted the reality talent show “Last Comic Standing” on NBC as well as his stand-up special “Anthony Jeselnik: Thoughts and Prayers” (2015). What is more, he has released several live albums of which “Shakespeare” (2010) and “Caligula” (2013) have notably increased the total size of Jeselnik’s net worth.
Another source of Anthony Jeselnik’s net worth is writing. He has written scripts for several specials – “MTV Movie Awards” (2007), “Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert for Autism Education” (2008 and 2010), and “Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff” (2010). Anthony received the nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety, Music or Comedy Program as his work “Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert for Autism Education” (2010) was really impressive.
Finally, in the personal life of comedian, he dated fellow comedian Amy Schumer, however, currently, Jeselnik claims to be single. He resides in New York City, USA.

There's so many different comics. It's the same reason that Metallica doesn't have a responsibility to country music fans when they make an album. You know, why should I answer to you? I'm doing exactly what I think is funny, and I have an audience for it. There are plenty of other comedians out there you can go enjoy. I don't feel like I should change for someone's random opinion. And the people who hate me for certain things, there are people who love me for those exact same things. So you just have to let that go and I don't feel I need to respond to anyone's question about it.

It's not that big of a deal. It's just comedy. They're just jokes.

[on his type of comedy] You can't expect everyone to laugh or applaud you for doing edgy things. Sometimes you'll miss. But I think comedians are artists and there's a value in failure. It kind of works both ways between comedians and audiences. The audience has to understand that comedians are going to sometimes tell a joke that doesn't work out with dark subjects, and the comedian has to understand that sometimes they 'll fail and it's not the audience's fault for not getting it or loving it.

Do whatever you want, whenever you want to do it and, as long as you look confident, no one will give you any shit. Put that on the back of a locket, then swallow it.
5
The world is full of horrible things that will eventually get you and everything you care about. Laughter is a universal way to lift your head up and say: 'Not today, you bastards.'
