American actor, comedian, voice actor, producer, model and entrepreneur Ashton Kutcher was born on 7 February 1978, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, of Czech descent through his father, and the same plus German through his mother. He was reputedly the highest paid actor on TV, with a salary of $800,000 per episode of “Two and a Half Men” during its airing from 2011 to 2015. His career began in the late 1990s, as a model and then in TVs “That ’70s Show”.
