Brock Lesnar Wiki Biography
Brock Edward Lesnar, simply known as Brock Lesnar, is a famous American wrestler, mixed martial artist, as well as an American football player. To the audience, Brock Lesnar is best known as a professional wrestler, who currently has a contract with WWE. Lesnar rose to fame in WWE in 2002, when he defeated Rob Van Dam in the “King of the Ring” match, which earned him an opportunity to fight for the title of the Undisputed Champion in that year’s SummerSlam event. It was at SummerSlam that Lesnar defeated his opponent The Rock and became the youngest WWE Champion.

A year later Lesnar competed in what is considered to be one of the greatest matches in the history of the SmackDown roster. In 2003, Lesnar faced off against Kurt Angle in an hour-long “Iron Man” match and came out a winner, holding his third WWE Champion title.
Throughout his wrestling career, Brock Lesnar had an opportunity to fight against some of the best known wrestlers in the industry, such as The Rock, The Undertaker, Big Show, Matt Hardy, Bill Goldberg and John Cena. Lesnar’s personal accomplishments include becoming the WWE Champion, UFC Heavyweight Champion, IWGP Heavyweight Champion, as well as WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
A well-known professional wrestler, how rich is Brock Lesnar? According to sources, in 2012 Brock Lesnar signed a $5 million contract with WWE. Lesnar’s net worth, on the other hand, is estimated to be $16 million. In addition to his wealth, Lesnar was able to acquire several assets, the total value of which is $330 000.
Brock Lesnar was born in 1977, in Webster, South Dakota, where he studied at the Webster High School. He then continued his studies at Bismarck State College and then went on to study at the University of Minnesota. Both at college and the university, Brock Lesnar took up wrestling and even won several titles before he even started his professional career.
Soon after graduating, Lesnar signed a deal with WWF. Lesnar’s professional wrestling career started when he created a tag team called “The Minnesota Stretching Crew” with Shelton Benjamin, with whom he won the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship. Lesnar’s impressive performances in minor leagues eventually landed him an opportunity to compete in WWE’s main roster Raw. After two years spent in the league, Lesnar left WWE in 2004 after his match with Bill Goldberg and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and a year later joined the New Japan Pro Wrestling. However, Lesnar’s contract with WWE, which forbid him to fight in any other league than World Wrestling Entertainment, prevented him from launching a career in NJPW. Eventually Brock Lesnar settled the lawsuit between him and the company and made his return to WWE in 2012, which he is currently signed to.
In addition to fighting in the ring, Lesnar has been making other appearances with WWE. Brock Lesnar has been featured on “Brock Lesnar: Here Comes the Pain” DVD, as well as “WWE SmackDown! Shut Your Mouth”, “UFC 2009 Undisputed” and many other video games.
