Carson Daly Net Worth $15 Million
As long as the main sources of Carson Daly’s net worth are television and radio, isn’t he rich enough! It has been reported that the sum of his wealth is equal to $15 million.
Both of Carson Daly’s parents worked in the television industry. His mother, Pattie Daly Caruso, was a famous TV personality, whereas his father, J. D. Dally, was an actor. Carson graduated from Santa Monica High School in 1991. While studying there he was a member of the golf team. Later, he studied at Loyola Marymount University, when he began working as Jimmy Kimmel‘s intern and as a DJ. However, he dropped out of the university with a view to pursuing a professional golf career.
Carson Daly debuted on television screens when appearing as the host of “Total Request Live” (1998 – 2002) broadcast on MTV. Daly was the one who managed to make the show popular and modern, at the same time establishing himself as an entertainment icon. Meanwhile, the charming young man became the host of beauty pageants including Miss Teen USA 1999 and Miss USA 2000. In 2000, he voiced the animated series “Daria Presents “Is It Fall Yet?””. After he left the MTV channel in 2002, he continued his career on NBC. Currently, Daly is the host of the late night television program “Last Call with Carson Daly” (2002 – present). Daly ignored the set of rules from the very beginning and moved the show from the studio to ‘on location’, this way attracting the attention of the audience. The above mentioned show owns high ratings, and is in its 12th season. Since 2003, a television special “New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly” has been broadcast every year which is also very popular among TV watchers. What is more, he has hosted the reality competition series “The Voice” since 2011 and morning television show “Today” since 2013. Needless to mention the fact, that all these appearances on television screens from the morning to the late evening add amounts to his net worth and popularity.
Talking about Carson’s work on the radio it is worth mentioning that his charm, original thinking and the ability to respond quickly and wittily to the situation have been appreciated on the radio as well as on television. He debuted as a radio DJ on KROQ-FM in 2002. While he was engrossed with his career on television he was forced to take a break from radio. However, he has come back and hosted a night time show on KROQ-FM since 2010. What is more, he continued his career hosting the morning shows on KAMP-FM as well as “The Daly Download with Carson Daly” on CBS Radio.
