Chris then enrolled at Boston University and during four years he spent there, he won 1995 National Championship title, two consecutive Hockey East’s Player of the Year Awards as well as Hobey Baker Award. All these achievements helped Chris Drury to hone his playing skills which, obviously, helped him to gain such an impressive amount of wealth.

Drury debuted in NHL in 1998 as the member of a new team, as the Quebec Nordiques transferred to Denver, Colorado and rebranded as the Colorado Avalanche. In his rookie season, he was rewarded with Calder Memorial Trophy, honoring his performances for being the league’s best rookie. During the 2000 season, Chris led his team to win the Stanley Cup and in 2002 was selected for the US national team with which he won the silver medal at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Saltlake City, Utah.
