A while later he moved to Shade 45 channel, and became the host of the show “The Cipha Sounds Effect”, with co-hosts Angela Yee, Emoticon Farragut Foster, and DJ Wonder. The show lasted for four years, between 2004 and 2008, and then returned to Hot 97 to host the Chipa/Rosenberg Experience, alongside Peter Rosenberg. Prior to their conjoined enterprise, Chipa started the podcast entitled The Juan Epstein Podcast, aired on Shade 45. Little by little, their show grew in popularity which only increased Cipha’s net worth, however, his career on Hot 97 was finished in 2015, after several arguments with the station’s officials and Cipha’s statements.
