Deidre Hall was born on the 31st October 1947, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA, and is an actress undoubtedly best known for playing the role of Dr. Marlena Evans in the cult TV series “Days of Our Lives”, which debuted in 1976 and is still runningafter 40 years. Although she has appeared in over 30 shows, Hall’s role in “Days of Our Lives” helped her to generate most of her total net worth. Her career started in 1970.

At the end of the 60’s Hall often traveled to Los Angeles and worked as a model and in various commercials; she already had an agent at the time. Deidre’s acting debut was in the series “San Francisco International Airport” in 1970, appearing in several episodes of the TV show, but her first recurring role was in six episodes of “Emergency!” (1972-1973). Her next serious job was a regular role in “The Young and the Restless” (1973-1975), but joining “Days of Our Lives” in 1976 was her best career move. Her monthly salary of $60,000 is the highest among the cast and significantly improved her net worth.

Deidre played in the family drama “Our House” in 1986, and NBC series which ran for two seasons. Hall’s had other notable appearances in “Wiseguy” (1989), “Columbo” (1990), and “Murder, She Wrote” (1990). She starred in and produced “Never Say Never: The Deidre Hall Story” in 1995, a TV movie about her personal life including the difficulties of becoming a mother.
