Faith Hill Wiki Biography

Audrey Faith Perry, commonly known as Faith Hill, is a famous American singer, record producer, actress, as well as a songwriter. Faith Hill debuted in the music industry in 1993, when she released her studio album entitled “Take Me as I Am”. Over the course of a year, Hill’s first album managed to spawn four singles, two of which, namely “Piece of My Heart” and “Wild One” made it to #1 on the Billboard music chart. Overall, the album has managed to sell more than 4.3 million copies worldwide, which made a significant contribution to Hill’s wealth. Faith Hill’s commercial success followed in 1999, with her fourth studio album called “Breathe”. The album produced a popular single of the same name, which topped the Billboard country music charts for four consecutive weeks, and earned her two Billboard Music Awards, as well as two Grammy Awards. The album itself went to sell approximately eight million copies in the United States alone, which earned it an eight-time Platinum certification from the RIAA.

Faith Hill Net Worth $80 Million

Aside from being a singer, Faith Hill also proved that she can act by making her first on screen appearance in a supernatural drama TV series called “Touched by an Angel” in 1995. Hill’s film debut followed in 2004, when she played the role of Sarah Sunderson in Frank Oz’s science fiction film entitled “The Stepford Wives”. The movie also featured a cast of Nicole Kidman, Christopher Walken, and Matthew Broderick. “The Stepford Wives” turned out not only to be Hill’s debut film, but also her last movie appearance to date.

A well-known singer, and an actress, how rich is Faith Hill? According to sources, Hill’s net worth is estimated to be $80 million, most of which has come from her singing career.

Faith Hill was born in 1967, in Ridgeland, Mississippi, where she studied at Hinds Junior College. Hill had always been passionate about music, hence when she was 19 years old, she decided to pursue a singing career. Hill moved to Nashville with hopes of becoming a backup singer, yet her expectations in a new city were not met. Consequently, Hill took various other jobs, and even worked at McDonalds for a brief period of time. Fortunately, Hill was noticed by “Warner Bros. Records” company during her performance at the “Bluebird Café” and was offered a record contract. Under the “Warner Bros. Records”, Hill released her first studio album in 1993 called “Take Me as I Am”, which was followed by “It Matters to Me”. In addition to selling four million copies, the latter album spawned five singles, all of which made it to the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs music chart.

When she reached her breakthrough with “Breathe”, Faith Hill started working on other music projects. One of her biggest achievements at the time was recording the theme song for the popular war film called “Pearl Harbor”. Up to date, Faith Hill has released seven studio albums.

The well-known singer, Faith Hill and popular musician Tim McGraw have been married since 1996. They are both famous in the world of country music and are known as a country royalty. Faith Hill  and her husband have an estimated net worth of $145 million.
