Francis Cabrel was born on 23 November 1953, in Agen, France, but of Italian descent. Francis is a guitarist, singer and songwriter, known for releasing numerous folk albums over the course of his career, and also occasionally works the blues or country genres. He released his first live album in 1984, entitled “Cabrel Public”, continuing with opportunities would open up for him, and which would increase his net worth.

In 1987, Cabrel released his first compilation album called “Cabrel 77-87”, which compiled his hit songs of the previous 10 years. He also did a duet with Nolwenn Leroy entitled “Lucie” which is featured on the album “Kiss & Love”. He has sold over 21 million albums throughout the course of his career, all helping with his net worth’s increase.

For his personal life, it is known that Francis has been married to Mariette since 1974, who was the subject of his first song, “Petite Marie”; they have three daughters.
