Eads‘s father was Arthur Coleman “Cappy” Eads, who worked as a district attorney, and his mother Vivian Baker, who was superintendent of Belton Schools. After they divorce, his mother married gynecologist Dudley Baker. Actor was raised in Belton, where he matriculated from Belton High School. Eads then graduated with a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University, in 1989. Before his acting career, George worked as copy machine salesman, and also worked in gym, but just cleaning the machines.

George’s debut was his appearance in the movie “Dust to Dust” in 1994. Two years later, he was cast in the role of Travis Peterson in the TV series “Savannah”, a character which became so popular that after it was killed-off, Eads had to return to the show as the identical twin but named Nick Corelli. Later, Eads starred in other TV movies such as “The Ultimate Lie“, “Crowned and Dangerous“, “The Spring“, and TV series, for example “Grapevine”. In 2000 Eads appeared in “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” as investigator Nicholas “Nick” Stokes. Actor continued playing this character until 2015, and starred in 323 episodes throughout those years. Of course, his part in this series helped Eads to accumulate the biggest part of his net worth, since his salary was from $100,000 to $120,000 per episode. George was ranked as one of the TV Guide’s Sexiest Male Actors in 2009.

Also, by that time he had played in TV movies, such as “Just a Walk in the Park” and “Second String“ in 2002, “Monte Walsh“ in 2003 and “Evel Knievel“ in 2004. The portrayal of Stokes in “Evel Kievel” elevated him from a nameless to a well-known actor. Furthermore, Eads was cast in the movie “Gutshot Straight” in 2014.

More, George has also appeared in some TV series as a guest star, for example “Two and a Half Men” and “ER”. Eads is also a voice actor, since he has lent his voice to Captain Atom from “Justice League Unlimited” and Barry Allen/Flash from “Young Justice”.

Aside from the entertainment industry, George Eads is also a part-owner of the Hollywood coffee shop “CineSpace“, which also contributes something to his net worth.

In his personal life, Eads has been married to actress Monika Casey since 2011, and the couple was together for seven years before marriage. His wife gave birth to their daughter in 2014. Unfortunately, the couple have filed for divorce, and are currently fighting for custody of their daughter.

1Oh every day I fight for the integrity of the character and where I want it to go. Sometimes I think the writers are better at writing story than dialogue, or maybe I just understand the character better than they do. But they do allow us to collaborate. I just go to see Nick's apartment after 43 episodes, and I had to tell them to get rid of some stuff.
2I think people would be suprised at how much we curse when we screw up. I'm like somebody with Tourette's Syndrome.
3Another challenge? Getting up at 6:30 in the morning to go act. It's not fun acting that early in the morning or acting at 4 A.M in the middle of the night or in the morning when you're really tired. That's a challenge. What a luxurious problem to have.
4Many forms, sizes and colors, I think there are heroes in sports, in life...It would be cliché to say my dad, my granddad. I think I'm a fan of people who were brave, my aunt, my grandmother, those are my heroes.
5On his character Paramedic Greg Powell from ER: I got a lot of recognition from that role. I mean, like, I'd be in a Burger King getting a burger and the girl at the window goes, 'Hey, you're the guy who kissed Julianna Margulies on ER'.
1His house in the Hollywood hills was previously owned by actor Bruce Willis while shooting the TV series "Moonlighting".
2Graduated with a degree in Mass Communication from Texas Tech University 1990.
3Attended KD: Studio, in Dallas, Texas.
4He met Monica Casey, with whom he's attended award ceremonies, on a blind date.
5He moved to Santa Monica after fires in California in October of 2003.
6Owns High Rise Apartments on Cloverfield Blvd in Santa Monica.
7Has a yellow labrador retriever named Maverick.
8Used to work in a gym cleaning machines and putting free weights back.
9He has two Harley Davidsons, a Porsche 911 and a silver Cadillac Escalade
10He has two nephews named Marshall and Coleman
11When he started in CSI, the scenery of corpses etc. gave him recurring nightmares. In one of them, George has told, there's just blood spattering -no screams and huge block letters spelling DOA.
12Is part owner of the Hollywood eatery "CineSpace". It's a "Dinner and a Movie" place
13Stepfather is Dudley Baker, a GYN Doctor. He is Vice President of the Texas Gynecological Society
14Sister is Angela Eads Tekell who is a Lawyer in Waco with husband, David.
15Mother's name is Vivian Baker, Superintendent of Belton Schools.
16Father is a retired DA named Arthur Coleman "Cappy" Eads
17Along with Jorja Fox, fired in July 2004 from the hit TV crime show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000) after reportedly failing to show up for work in what appeared to be a hold-out for more money. The network had only upped his salary from $100,000 to $120,000 per episode. Eads immediately issued a public apology, stating that it had nothing to do with money and he simply overslept. After a few days the network decided to rehire him.
18He is a member of Phi Delta Theta's Texas Epsilon Chapter, Texas Tech University.
19He is an alumni of the same fraternity of Survivor: The Australian Outback runner up, Colby Donaldson. Colby entered after George graduated from Texas Tech in 1990.
20Used to work as a copy machine salesman.
21When he arrived in Los Angeles, he could only drive during the day because the truck he borrowed from his step dad had two broken headlights (after landing his role on Savannah, Eads bought a new truck).
22Texas Tech University graduate of 1990
23Graduated from Belton High School in Belton, TX in 1985. Belton is located about 40 miles south of Waco.
