He averaged 14.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 5.8 assists. He was named Rookie of the Week three times in the ACC. Talking about his professional career, Crittenton was chosen 19th in the1st round of the NBA draft 2007 by the LA Lakers, then traded alongside Kwame Brown and Aaron McKie to Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for Pau Gasol. At the end of 2008 he was traded to the Washington Wizards, and in 2009, he received a suspension by NBA for a misdemeanour involving mutual threats with guns with a colleague.
