It has been estimated by authoritative sources that the overall size of Snuka’s net worth is $200,000, which has been accumulated through his career as a professional wrestler. Other sources are coming from his appearances in video games, and from selling his autobiographical book entitled “Superfly: The Jimmy Snuka Story”, published in 2012.

Jimmy Snuka Net Worth $200,000

Jimmy Snuka is the son of Charles Thomas and Louisa Smith; however, he lived with his mother as both of them were married to another person. Thus, when he was a child, he moved to the Marshall Islands with his mother and stepfather, and later to Hawaii, where he started a career as a bodybuilder. Thanks to his skills, he won several titles, including Mr. Hawaii, Mr. North Store, as well as Mr. Waikiki.

Jimmy’s professional career began during the 1970s, fighting in Hawaii, before switching to NWA Pacific Northwest, under the management of Dan Owen in 1973. To speak of his accomplishments at the NWA Pacific Northwest, Snuka won the championship belt six times, and also held the tag team championship belt six times, fighting alongside Dutch Savage. Before he joined the WWF in 1982, Jimmy also fought in NWA Texas and Mid-Atlantic, in which he was also successful, mostly in a tag team, eventually winning the National Tag Team Championship with Terry Gordy, fighting against Steve Olsonoski and Ted DiBiase, which also added to his net worth.

His life changed in 1982, when he joined the WWF, but his stint didn’t last long, as he left the WWF after only three years. During that time, he fought against wrestlers such as Bob Backlund, Don Muraco, Rowdy Roddy Piper, and Bob Orton, Jr. among others, which increased his net worth and popularity.

In 1986, Jimmy joined the American Wrestling Association, and was also a part of the Japan Pro Wrestling throughout 1987, increasing further his net worth. In 1989 he returned again to the WWF, defeating Boris Zhukov as the Saturday Night’s Main event. He stayed in the WWF until 1992, and during that time he participated in wrestling events such as SummerSlam ’89 in which he fought against Ted DiBiase, Survivor Series, WrestleMania VI, among others, all of which has increased his net worth.

In 1992 he joined the Eastern Championship Wrestling, becoming the first ECW Heavyweight Champion, by defeating Salvatore Bellomo, which increased his net worth by a large margin. Furthermore, in 1993 he returned to the WWF, now WWE, and ever since has been a member, however, he decided to quit fighting in 1996, and now appears periodically thanks to his legendary contract he signed with the WWE, but not as a wrestler.

Snuka received several prestigious awards, including induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame, and also the lifetime achievement award from the WWE. Additionally to his successful career, Snuka has appeared in ten video games, including “Legends Of Wrestling” (2001), “WWE SmackDown! Vs. Raw” (2004), and “WWE ‘12” (2011), all of which contributed to his overall wealth.

Regarding his personal life, Jimmy Snuka has been married to Carole since 2004, and was previously in marriage with Sharon, with whom he has four children, two of whom are professional wrestlers – Jimmy Reiher, Jr. and Tamina Snuka. In the media, he was also known for being charged with the murder of his girlfriend, Nancy Argentino, in the 1980s. He was eventually arrested in 2015, and he pleaded not guilty: the outcome is still unknown.

This time, Snuka didn't miss with his leap. Alas, he had already lost the match; Muraco had earlier been dropkicked out the door and onto the floor, thus keeping the Intercontinental title.
14One of the most memorable moments in his career came in July of 1984, when Roddy Piper smashed a coconut over Snuka's head during a broadcast of "WWF Championship Wrestling;" Piper was already insulting the Fiji superstar. This incident sparked off a memorable and personal feud among them.
15Entered the WWF as a "heel" in 1982, managed by Capt. Lou Albano, and quickly began a bloody feud with WWF World Champion Bob Backlund. Their feud culminated in a steel cage match that June at Madison Square Garden in New York. Snuka had Backlund badly beaten and attempted to leap off the top of the cage (in executing his trademark Superfly leap) onto a prone Backlund. However, Backlund moved out of the way at the last second, and Snuka crashed to the mat. As Snuka writhed in pain on the mat and held his stomach, Backlund, then easily held Snooka, for a three count by the referee, and stepped out of the cage and kept the WWF title, for that time.
