Additionally it did well on charts, and peaked at number three on the US Top Country Albums (Billboard) chart, and number 17 on US Billboard 200, gaining Jon recognition among all audiences. As of the following year, the singer made the EP under the title ‘‘The B-Sides’’, which featured songs that were recorded for his debut album, but weren’t featured on it. In 2016, he released his second studio album, ‘‘California Sunrise’’, working with the same record label, featuring 12 songs such as the title song, ‘‘Head Over Boots’’, ‘‘Dirt on My Boots’’ and ‘‘Heartache on the Dance Floor’’, with Pardi himself describing ‘‘California Sunrise’’ as ‘‘a romantic story that tells the beauty of California and the beauty of a relationship’’.
