How rich is Kevin Cronin? As of mid-2016, sources inform us of a net worth that is at $25 million, mostly earned through a successful music career. Kevin Cronin Net Worth $25 Million Dollars

As he was growing up, Kevin learned to play the guitar. He matriculated from Brother Rice High School, and would eventually start to pursue a career in music. He tried to start his own band in the late ’60s, but it was discontinued due to financial problems.

Cronin wasn’t originally part of REO Speedwagon. The band’s original vocalist Terry Luttrell left after their debut album in 1971, and was replaced by Kevin who helped record their second album entitled “R.E.O./T.W.O.”. Due to creative disagreements, and missing out on rehearsals, Cronin then decided to leave the band. However, he returned in 1976 after the band had made a few albums with Mike Murphy, and after Greg X. Volz, who was meant to be the next vocalist, turned down the offer. Eventually with Kevin’s return, the band propelled into success starting from the late 1970s, and this was the start of Kevin’s significant increase in net worth.

The band released an album in 2007 entitled “Find Your Own Way Home”. One of their most successful albums was entitled “Hi Infidelity”, which sold over 10 million copies. During his run with the band, he helped them create five Platinum certified albums which include “Wheels Are Turnin”. He helped write and co-write many of the bands hits such as “Can’t Fight This Feeling”, “Keep on Loving You”, Don’t Let Him Go”, and “Music Man”. Kevin is still active today and continues to perform in charity events and family concerts. He’s also been invited to judge severalmusic events.

Aside from the band, Cronin has appeared as a contestant in “Don’t Forget the Lyrics”, and managed to reach the $350,000 mark before being eliminated – the money he won was donated to the charity MusiCares. He was also a part of “Ultimate Rock Ballads”, an infomercial from TimeLife that was popular during the 1980s.

For his personal life, he has been married to Lisa since 1992 and they have four children. The youngest of their children are twins, and his only daughter Holly joins him on tours and performances. Kevin is known to own a few signature guitars including two Fender guitar models from the 1950s. He also had his own website, but it hasn’t been active or updated since 2012.
