7His long hair, which goes down to his lower back, uncut since his WCW days. Part of his 'Big Sexy' trademark.
1When you do RAW or Wrestlemania or a PPV where there's 10,000 people or more, you don't necessarily look at the people. The only time there's a realization that there's that many people is when you walk to the ring. Once you get in the ring, your focus is only on the ring, and maybe the front few rows.
2A guy my size needs a tremendous amount of protein on a daily basis, just to maintain peak size, strength, and performance. Basically, that means six or seven small meals a day, so I depend on protein supplementation.
3When my hair is dyed, I feel like I'm 35 again.
4I'm one of those people who can't watch themselves do anything. I could never watch myself wrestle. I've probably watched a handful of my matches. I never could watch myself. Even when I played college basketball, I hated film days... 'Oh God, I'm gonna watch myself screw up.' I'm just one of those people who can't watch their work.
5I'm so super-critical of everything that I do.
6When you're in that upper echelon in wrestling, any movie you take is gonna be a pay cut. If you're gone for three months and they pay you 150 grand, you're getting killed.
7I'm 53, and it's hard to get to the gym every day. If I know on Friday I'm going to be wrestling, then I don't want to look bad, so it gives me motivation. Plus, once you're in motion, it's a lot easier to stay in motion.
8Everyone wants to call wrestling 'the business.' Why don't you treat it like a business? I don't care if you're running a diner, if you're running a car wash or a wrestling company. It's all business.
9In professional wrestling, I think that they want you to be bigger than life. It's almost like an over-acting type thing - whereas on the big screen, you're 35 feet and they've got a close-up of you to put it on the screen in the movie house. At 35 feet, it's more subtlety than the overboard drama that we do in pro wrestling.
10I'm a Detroit kid who grew up with that assembly line mentality: You go to work to make money.
11I've always been into bodybuilding and keeping in shape, and I just challenge myself to see if I can continue to make improvements.
12If you go to an ATM for a hundred dollars and it keeps spitting twenties, when would you walk away? When it wasn't spitting twenties no more. As long as you can take the money out, you'd stay there. That's what the wrestling business is like.
13Scott Hall is a great wrestler, a better friend, but more than anything a very caring human being. Scott never passed a homeless person or someone in need without opening his wallet. This is a guy that has the first two nickels he ever made.
14The world is a mess. It seems that life gets harder on a personal level each and every day. Hug and kiss those you love every day. You never know when the tragedies of this world may visit your life.
15It's gone on my whole life, this David and Goliath syndrome that a lot of these smaller guys always have. They think the only reason I've ever had any success in my career is because of my physical size. And you know what? If that's the case, so be it. I really don't care. Because I have that size.
1One of the original three members of the New World Order (nWo). The other two are Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall.
2WWE Hall of Famer.
3Returned to the WWE after being out nearly nine months with a quad injury. [April 2003]
4Decided to not re-sign with WWE. [January 2004]
5Part of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (formerly known as NWA/TNA), whose primetime show TNA Impact! (official typeset: TNA iMPACT!) seen on Spike TV. [October 2004]
6Is one of two [now former] American professional wrestlers, along with Kurt Angle, to make a brief appearance in a film as a silent Russian character who brutally dominates the protagonist in a fight, only for the hero to miraculously escape defeat and/or death. Nash did this in The Punisher (2004), and Angle in Warrior (2011).
7Was considered for the role of Little John in Robin Hood (2010).
8Particapted in WCW Nitro's infamous "Fingerpoke of Doom" match. In which he was the WCW World Champion at the time. He was supposed to wrestle Hollywood Hulk Hogan for the title. When the match began Hogan poked him on the chest and he fell. Hogan then pinned him and won the title. This match was considered to be the start of WCW downfall and rating soon fell afterwards.
9Nash formed a tag team in WCW dubbed the "Master Blasters", with Al Greene.
10Former World Tag Team Champion.
11During his senior season in high school, he was rated the second-best prep basketball player in Michigan. First was Earvin Magic Johnson.
121998 WCW World War 3 Winner.
13With team-mate Scott Hall, Kevin Nash was defeated by the tag team, formed by Shinya Hashimoto and MMA legend Naoya Ogawa.
14Previous Managers: Diamond Dallas Page, Dusty Rhodes, Harley Race, Pamela Anderson, Shawn Michaels, Merlin the Wizard (Kevin Sullivan), Ted DiBiase, Torrie Wilson.
15Was the first WWE Superstar to appear as a guest on Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel on the 5th May 2003 episode of WWE Raw (1993), where he and Paul Levesque (aka "Triple H") beat the holy hell out of each other, leading to their match at Judgment Day.
16At Souled Out 2000, defeated Terry Funk to become The Commissioner of WCW.
17At the 1996 Great American Bash, he planted Eric Bischoff through the stage with a Jacknife Powerbomb.
18Played basketball for the University of Tennessee
19Notable Title Wins Include: WWF Tag Team Titles; WWF Intercontinental Title; WWF Heavyweight Title; WCW Tag Team Titles; WCW Television Title; WCW World Title; WCW World War 3 (3 Ring Battle Royale) Winner 1998
20As of 2004, Kevin has technically retired, however he still makes odd tag match appearances with fellow Outsider Scott Hall.
213rd wrestler to appear in a Marvel comic book movie, others are Randy Savage (Spider-Man (2002)), Tyler Mane (X-Men (2000)) & Paul Levesque (aka "Triple H") (Blade: Trinity (2004)).
22After tearing his quadricep, was planning on returning to the WWF as his old character, Diesel, and even dyed his hair black. But by the time his return rolled around, his hair had turned gray.
23Former member of the nWo Wolfpac
24Former member of the nWo Outsiders
25Was accidentally stabbed by actor Thomas Jane during the shooting of a knife fight scene in The Punisher (2004). It was reported that Nash didn't notice the wound until someone told him he was bleeding.
26During his last stint with the WWE, he wrestled against real-life friend Triple H in a 'Hell in a Cell' match for the World Heavyweight Championship at the June PPV, Bad Blood 2003. Although he lost, many considered this to be his best match in the WWE.
27Had his hair cut short for his role in The Punisher (2004). The WWE worked it into an angle where he lost a "Hair vs. Hair" match to Chris Jericho on the August 18, 2003 live edition of WWE Raw (1993).
28Lost a "hair match" to Chris Jericho in August 2003, which resulted in his trademark long hair being cut. Nash's hair hadn't been cut since his original WWF stint in 1993.
29Planned on returning to the WWE on the 2003 March 31 episode of WWE Raw (1993), but pushed it back to April 7 because he didn't want to interfere in the WWE debut of Bill Goldberg.
30Holds the record for the shortest WWF title win: eight seconds. As soon as the bell rang, Nash (as "Diesel") kicked WWF Champion Bob Backlund in the gut, drove him into the mat with a Jacknife Powerbomb, and picked up the win.
31Son Tristan Nash, born 1996.
