Together with Kris Aquino, they presented the entertainment program “Morning Girls”, but around that time she also began presenting radio programs, such as the socio-political program “Aksyon Ngayon” on DZMM – a radio station of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation – co-hosting with Ted Failon; later, the program was renamed to “Tambalang Failon at Sanchez”. When Failon was elected in 2001 as a member of the Philippine House of Representatives, she presented the program called “Korina sa Umaga”, three years later changing the title to “Tambalang Failon at Sanchez” after the return of Failon as co-host., winning many awards and honours.
In 2001, Sanchez became the first female anchor of the main program aired on ABS-CBN, “TV Patrol”. In 2004, she was appointed to anchor “Chief Correspondence” on ABS-CBN, and has continued anchoring the aforementioned program up to this day.
