[on her brother Michael Jackson's fears] He said, 'If anything happens to me, if I die, it's because someone murdered me. They're trying to kill me.' It wasn't that he was being delusional; they did this over the catalogue... He owned The Beatles catalogue. Most entertainers out there, he owned their music. He would say, 'They're going to kill me over that catalogue. It's dangerous.' Look what happened.

On Janet's wardrobe malfunction: "With Jan, I truly feel that it was an accident. I think it's totally unfair Jan [sic] took the rap for it. I also think that it was totally blown out of proportion. You have to think about this, too: Jan didn't expose her breast. Justin did it. (Laughs.)" (Gaywired.com interview, 06.13.05)

On gay marriage: "It is so difficult in the world for people to find love, true love. When people are in love, I don't see anything wrong with it in the world. If they choose to live their lives and get married, why should we interfere? A lot of people don't agree with me, but that's how I feel." (Gaywired.com interview, 06.13.05)

About her new album 'Startin Over': "Things are quite different today than they were in the past. When I first started, I had absolutely no experience whatsoever. From growth, being around a certain individual, and letting someone have that power and control over me, taught me a great deal about people, a great deal about life, about what you should do and what not to do and take your own position on life. That's what Startin' Over is about, because that's what I decided to do." (Gaywired.com interview, 06.13.05)

"I think all women are beautiful and attractive - very precious. I think everyone on this earth is beautiful. You can find beauty in everything. I try to look at life that way." (Gaywired.com interview, 06.13.05)
