Lenny Clarke, born in the 16th of September, 1953, is an American actor and stand-up comedian, who became famous in the Boston comedy scene in the early ‘80s. His thick Boston accent and his appearance in the series “Rescue Me” catapulted him to fame.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Clarke attended the University of Massachusetts and immediately became a stand-up comedian. His career in being a comic began when he would usually perform in bars and saloons. With the success he received as a stand-up comedian, Clarke later on dived into the world of television, and starred in “Lenny Clarke’s Late Show” which he also wrote along Martin Olson.
