Michael Flatley was born on the 16th July 1958, in Chicago, Illinois USA of Irish descent. He is an Irish-American choreographer and dancer, who is probably best recognized for his appearances in a number of Irish dance shows, such as “Lord Of The Dance”, and “Riverdance”, among others. He is also a flautist, known for the flute album “On A Different Note” (2011). His career has been active since 1978.
