Soon the band was signed to the “MoTown” record label, under which they released their first self-titled album, which peaked at #145 on the Billboard 200 chart, and managed to sell more than 500,000 copies. Following the success of their debut album, “98 Degrees” made a film appearance in the movie “Mulan”, in which they performed a song with Stevie Wonder. This brought them even more public attention before the release of their second studio album “98 Degrees and Rising”, which came out in 1998 to largely positive reviews. “98 Degrees and Rising” featured such popular singles as “Because of You”, “The Hardest Thing” and “Fly with Me”, all of which contributed to four million records sold. Several years afterwards, in 2003, “98 Degrees” decided to go on a hiatus, in order to work on their solo projects. The band reunited almost a decade later, in 2012, when they released their fourth studio album entitled “2.0”.

[on performing with '98 Degrees' and touring with his family] It's different, but it's cool to come off stage and your son is sleeping in a crib on the bus. In a lot of ways it's a much cooler dynamic - just having the opportunity to share those memories - than to be out on your own.
