Pham Nhat Vuong is a Vietnamese billionaire property developer. He is Vietnam's first billionaire.He was born in 1968 in Hanoi. His developments include the upscale Vincom Center in Saigon, the Vinpearl hotel, Vincom Village, and the Vincom Center Ba Trieu in Hanoi. He developed LLC Technocom, a market leader in culinary dehydrated products, in Ukraine, sold to Nestle for $150 million in 2010, before returning to Vietnam. Vincom went public in 2007. It merged with Vinpearl, Vuong's luxury resort business, in 2007.
