Jared Scot Allen (born April 3, 1982) is an American football defensive end for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Idaho State University and was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He has also played for the Minnesota Vikings. A five-time Pro Bowl and four-time All-Pro selection, Allen has tallied 128.5 quarterback sacks during his career.
Selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the 6th round (205th overall) of the 2008 NFL draft.
