Richard Fulcher was born on 18 November 1968, in Masssachusetts, USA, and is a comedian and author, best known for being part of the comedy series “The Mighty Boosh”,and the series “Jon Benjamin Has a Van” in which he played Edward Sheath. He’s been active in the industry since the 1990s, and all of his efforts have helped put his net worth to where it is today.
How rich is Rich Fulcher? As of late-2017, sources inform us of a net worth that is at $1.1 million, mostly earned through a successful career in acting. Other projects he’s been a part of include “Luxury Comedy”, “Snuff Box”, and “Unnatural Acts”. As he continues his career, it is expected that his wealth will also continue to increase.
Rich Fulcher Net Worth $1.1 million
Rich attended St. Albans School in Washington DC, and after matriculating attended Dartmouth College, completing a degree in government in hopes to pursue a career in law, but instead turned to comedy. He joined ImprovOlympic to learn improvised comedy, and became a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade. In 1992, he started working on a long form improvisational comedy concept which would lead him to launch a show, which eventually played for more than a year, and also became a part of the 1994 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. It started to solidify Rich’s status as a comedian, and he would later tour other countries, as well as forming the basis of his net worth.
One of Fulcher’s most notable projects would be “The Mighty Boosh”, in which he played Bob Fossil. The show consisted of a radio, stage and television show in which he also played other characters. His net worth started to increase, as he also provided writing for comedy material. His characters often die horribly, but his performance would become an inspiration for other projects as well. His next big project was the sketch show entitled “Snuff Box”, in which he was a writer and star. In the show, he played the assistant of the High Executioner to the King of England. He also played minor characters, but the show only aired for a few months in 2006.
In 2009 Rich authored the book entitled “Tiny Acts of Rebellion” which was promoted in both Europe and the US, and was adapted into a stage play which was directed by Harry Deansway. Other projects Rich would have include “Crossballs” and “Unnatural Acts”, and also did work for “Goodnight Burbank”, “The John Show”, and the song “Uncle Kevin” by DeadDogInBlackBag. He then appeared in an episode of “Fat Guy Stuck in Internet”, followed by playing Mr Brilliance in the comedy “Trexx and Flipaide”, and he also made a brief appearance in an episode of “The Sarah Silverman Program”. Afterwards, he would become a judge in the television drama “Skins”, before becoming a guest on the show “Adventure Time”. He also voiced one of the elves in “Arthur Christmas”. More voice acting roles would follow, including a guest appearance in “SpongeBob SquarePants”. All of these opportunities continued to further his net worth.
A few of Fulcher’s latest projects include in one episode each of “Regular Show” and “Rick and Morty”. He also guest starred in “The Amazing World of Gumball” as Frankie Watterson, and is a part of the web series “The Adventure of OG Sherlock Kush”.
For his personal life, it is known that Rich resides in the UK. Not much is known about his private affairs – he is rumoured to be married, but there are no details.
Played the Bob Fossil character in all Mighty Boosh shows on live stage shows, Radio and TV, except for one live show in a London Pub.
