Jeffrey T. "Jeff" Burton (born June 29, 1967), nicknamed The Mayor, is an American stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, driving the No. 14 Chevrolet SS for Stewart-Haas Racing as a substitute for Tony Stewart.
