Travis grew up in his hometown, and when he turned five years old, his uncle gifted him his first guitar. However, as he was growing up, he was mostly focused on sports, but ten years later, he quit his sports activities, and picked up the guitar, wanting to start a punk rock band. Two years later, he began writing songs, and used programs such as Logic Pro, Pro Tools and others to create music for his lyrics. His next move was posting music to his MySpace account and quickly gained a massive following. Within a year he signed a deal with Uprising Records, and in 2010 released the EP “Finders Keepers”, which also wasn’t very successful, his debut album then came out – “Ready, Fire, Aim!” – but it was a debacle.
He left Uprising Records in 2011, and signed a deal with Columbia Records, starting work on his second album immediately, but until the present day it hasn’t been released. Travis has remained active as a musician though, and has released several EPs, including “Leaving Home” in 2012, and “All I Wanna Do” in 2014, which is his most successful release, adding to his net worth.
Travis’ work on the second studio album stopped in 2015, when he again changed record labels; he released his next EP “While You Wait” through First Access Entertainment in 2016. Most recently, he continued to work on his second full-length album but is yet to receive a release date, or decide a title.
