Valentin Aleksandrovich Chmerkovskiy was born on the 24th March 1986 in Odessa, Ukraine, and is a professional dancer best known to the world for his appearances in the reality TV competition show “Dancing with the Stars”, and he was the winner of the 20th season with his partner Rumer Willis. Valentin is a 14-times US National Latin Dance champion and two times World Latin Dance Champion.
